Anh, left Vietnam with her parents, Mamma Thu & Pappa Le, when she was just 6 years old. They survived pirate attacks and found refuge in the United States in the late 1980s. Years later, Anh & her parents, settled down in St. Louis, MO where Anh attended school for nursing. Anh met Joseph in 2004, got married in 2008 & ended up settling down in Texas in 2021 when Joseph became a hotel General Manager. Part of building a life together included their weekly trips to a local Pho restaurant, which became cherished family tradition. However, when the pandemic struck, their beloved Pho outings vanished, and the demanding nature of their careers left little time for hours-long Pho preparation. Determined to reintroduce their favorite meal into their lives, the entire family rallied to brainstorm a way to create authentic Pho in a fraction of the time. Drawing from Mama Thu's wisdom, and her cherished Pho family recipe, Anh embarked on an experimental journey, refusing to compromise on flavor, taste, or authenticity. Let stand for 2 Minutes, or until noodles are tender. Discard cloth spice bag. Add optional garnish, sriracha or hoisin sauce for taste. Stir & ENJOY!
